Criteria and Process

The Masters and Johnson Award recognizes the lifetime achievement of excellence in clinical and/or research areas of sexual disorders. Potential recipients can be nominated by any SSTAR member at any time and should be in writing or by e-mail to the President. The nominator should include a full explanation of the reasons for the nomination and include the nominee’s curriculum vitae. Awardees are decided by the Executive Council. The Award is given at the Annual Meeting at which time the awardee is invited to present a talk. Names of awardees are published on the SSTAR Web site.
